Change access to shared documents

Learn how to change access to shared documents in Illustrator on the web (Beta).

Change link access and set comment and copy options for shared documents.

Open the document you’ve shared with your collaborators.

Select Share > Invite people .

Select the Settings icon to control the link access. You can also add the option to Comment and Save a copy of a document.
