If you have received a redemption code for Adobe RoboHelp subscription, you need to redeem this code before you can start using RoboHelp.
Ensure you have the redemption code handy.
You would have received the redemption code in an automated email from AdobePartnerOffer.com. It is a 24-characters alphanumeric code that looks like ABC1-EFG2-HIJ3-KLM3-NOP4-QRS5-TUV6.
Sign in or create an Adobe ID.
Learn how to create an Adobe ID.
Enter the redemption code, and then click Redeem code.
Click Remind me later.
Your RoboHelp redemption code is now successfully redeemed and is uniquely tied to your Adobe ID. To access RoboHelp, simply sign into the product with the same Adobe ID.
Click Get started.
Visit the RoboHelp download page.
Select the latest version of RoboHelp.
It may take around 10 minutes to download the .zip file, depending on the speed of your Internet connection.
Once the .zip file is downloaded, use any ZIP utility tool to extract the contents of the .zip file.
Open the folder where the .zip file content is extracted and double-click Setup.exe or AdobeSetup.exe to start the installation process.
Once the installation is complete, launch the product and sign in with the same Adobe ID used for redeeming your code.
Follow the Adobe ID sign in prompts and click Continue.
RoboHelp is now ready to use.
