Mission Guidance:
Video clips should capture the essence of farm life and showcase the animals engaged in their everyday activities. This Mission is for farm animals only, do not include any people in your Mission submissions.
Avoid mixing groups of different types of farm animals.
You can submit content for this mission up to 5 times, but each Mission submission should ideally feature different animals.
It’s ok to reuse the same animal(s) for up to 3 Mission submissions but make sure you capture them in different contexts (changing the location, lighting, or scenario) to maintain variety and avoid repetition.
Exclude any items such as collars or ID tags with potential intellectual property issues (e.g., farm logos or branding). Plain, indistinguishable items with no markings are ok.
Farm Animals:
We are open to all types of animals as long as they are captured in a farm/agriculture setting. See below for some common farm animal examples:
Dog/Cat (only in a farm/agricultural setting, not in a home)
Cow
Pig
Chicken
Lamb/Sheep/Goat
Rabbit
Duck
Horse
Lighting:
Use natural or artificial lighting as available.
Location:
Capture images in farm or agricultural settings, indoors or outdoors, to provide a diverse portrayal of farm life. Avoid locations of farms that have IP issues such as branding, logos or advertising on the walls behind the animals.
Crop + Perspective:
Include full-length, close-up, and medium shots.
Vary crop, angle, aspect ratio, and camera angle.
Similar Content:
Avoid submitting lengthy series of near duplicates. It’s okay for a Mission submission to include a few series from the same scene, but only to a point. Missions with video clips that are too similar and repetitive will be rejected.
Please see this link for in-depth information about our tolerance for near-similar series content.
Preparing Your Video Clips:
Title your Mission submission: [animal type] - [description of the animal and what it’s doing) (e.g. brown cow with white spots grazing in a green field)
