Split curve

The Split curve node separates a curve's adjacent segments when the angles between them are below a defined threshold. Points are created at the location of split angles, which can be used for scattering elements with the Geometry instancing node, for instance.


  • Curves to split Scene
    The input scene which holds the curves which should be split.
  • Split angle Float
    The threshold angle, expressed in degrees, under which adjacent segments are split. Their linking vertex is then split into two vertices sharing the same location, and a particle is created at that location.
