As of October 16, 2025, Substance 3D Viewer will no longer be supported or available for installation.
When a new version of Substance 3D Viewer releases, it can take some time to become available as it propagates through Creative Cloud servers. If a new version has released and you don't have access to it, manually checking for updates in Creative Cloud Desktop will often make the version available to you.
To manually check for updates:
- Open Creative Cloud Desktop.
- Open the Apps tab.
- At the top of the Installed apps panel on the right hand side, click the options button.
- Select Check for updates.
