If you're having trouble signing into your Adobe apps, learn how to sign in using our updated QR code authentication process.
Received QR code when signing in to Adobe apps
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve security and following Microsoft's official deprecation of Internet Explorer 11, we are phasing out support for Internet Explorer 11 in all of our apps.
If you're still using an outdated version of Windows or an older version of the Adobe desktop apps, you might see a QR code on the sign-in screen instead of Adobe's usual screen. This is part of our solution to handle the deprecation of Internet Explorer 11 in a way that causes minimal disruption to your workflow.
You may see this QR code when attempting to authenticate the following Adobe apps:
- Adobe Creative Cloud Installer
- Adobe Creative Suite 6
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Photoshop Elements
- Adobe Photoshop Express
- Adobe Premiere Pro
The QR code will redirect you to a secure Adobe sign-in page where you can complete the sign-in process. It's designed to be quick, simple, and secure, offering an alternative for users who cannot update to a newer browser or operating system immediately.
