Confirm that extracted attribute values appear correctly in your collection.
After creating a new attribute and running the automatic extraction, review the attribute values directly on the collection page to verify that they were created and applied as expected. This step confirms visibility and placement before refining the attribute definition or exporting results.
Before you begin
- The collection must contain processed documents.
- Attribute extraction must be complete.

Select a collection that contains processed documents.

Select the Adjust attribute view icon.

Find and select your new attributes.
A maximum of seven attributes can be added.

Select Apply to populate the page with the selected attributes.
The page refreshes and displays the selected attributes as column headers, with extracted values shown inline.

Optional: Select a document to review it individually.
The right-hand panel shows all enabled attributes for that document, including extracted text and citations that link to the exact location in the document.

What this step confirms
Reviewing attribute values at the collection level allows you to:
- Confirm the attribute was created successfully.
- Verify that extraction produced visible results.
- Identify obvious gaps before refining the attribute.
- Ensure the attribute is ready for deeper evaluation or export.
