Open Collections, and then select the collection you want to review.
Confirm that extracted attribute values appear as expected and review their supporting source content.
After Analyzer finishes extracting an attribute, review the results in a collection to confirm that values are available and identify obvious problems before deeper testing, validation, or export.
Before you begin
Make sure:
- The collection contains processed documents.
- Attribute extraction is complete.
Excel and CSV files cannot be previewed directly in Analyzer. Download extracted results and attribution data when you need to validate values against those source files.
Review attributes in a collection
Select Adjust attribute view.
Select the attributes you want to display.
Select Apply.
The collection table displays the selected attributes as columns with extracted values for each document.
Position the pointer over an extracted value to review longer text when needed.
Review an attribute against its source
Open a document when you need to inspect an extracted value in context.
The document view displays enabled attributes and their extracted values. Numbered citations link each value to the supporting location in the source document.
Select a citation to open the corresponding source content.
Review Excel and CSV results
Excel and CSV files cannot be previewed directly in Analyzer.
You can identify these files by their file-name extension. The normal Open action is replaced by an information icon for unsupported preview formats.
Download the extracted results and attribution data when you need to compare a value with the source file.
What to look for
During review, confirm that:
- The expected attributes appear in the collection.
- Extracted values are available where expected.
- Citations point to relevant source content.
- Obvious missing or incorrect values are identified for further testing or validation.
Review confirms that extraction produced visible results. Use testing and validation when you need to evaluate whether an attribute performs consistently across documents.
