Select All files in the main navigation.
Permanently delete files you no longer need from All files and every collection that contains them.
Deleting a file removes it from Analyzer completely. This action cannot be undone, so use it only when you no longer need the file anywhere in Analyzer.
Before you delete a file
Whether you can delete a file depends on how it was added and who owns it.
- You can delete files you uploaded manually.
- Files shared with you must be deleted by the file owner.
- Files synchronized from Microsoft SharePoint must be deleted in SharePoint.
Admins can manage permissions for users' collections and files, but they cannot directly delete another user's files. If files must be removed for a user who is deactivated or no longer has access, the admin must submit a support request for Adobe to complete the deletion.
Delete one or more files
Search for the files you want to delete.
Select each file.
Select the Delete icon.
Confirm the deletion.
Analyzer removes the files immediately from All files and from every collection that contains them.
