Navigate the Home page

The Home page provides access to the main navigation, the + New menu, shortcuts for creating content, and your recent collections.

Use the main navigation

The main navigation remains available as you work in Analyzer and move between main category views.

  • Home opens the Home page.
  • All files opens the complete list of files available to you.
  • Collections opens the Collections page, where you create and manage collections.
  • Attributes opens the Attributes page, where you create and manage attribute definitions.
  • Analytics shows the usage data for documents, collections, and attributes
  • Settings opens the settings available for your account.

Create content from the + New menu

Select + New to start common workflows:

  • Upload files adds files from your local or network storage to All files.
  • Link files connects to an external document source, such as SharePoint, and creates a linked collection.
  • New collection starts the workflow for creating a manual collection.
  • New attribute opens the attribute creation panel.

Start new work

The Home page provides shortcuts for common workflows.

  • Create a collection - Select Create a Collection to start a new manual collection.
  • Create attributes for analysis - Select Create attributes for analysis to define an attribute and specify the information you want Analyzer to extract from documents.

Return to recent collections

The Recents list displays collections you recently worked with.

Select a collection name to open it.

If you own the collection, use the ellipsis menu to:

  • Share the collection with other users.
  • Delete the collection.

Explore sample collections

Sample collections let you explore Analyzer with example documents before working with your own content.

Available samples include:

  • Sample sales agreements
  • Sample supplier agreements

Use the samples to explore attributes and document analysis without uploading your own files.
