Open the All files view or the collection that contains the file.
Use the file review experience when you want to examine a specific document and verify the information Analyzer extracted from it.
Before you begin
Make sure:
- You can access the collection that contains the file.
- Processing has completed if you want to review the extracted results.
Open a file for review
Locate the file by its File name or Document title.
Hover over the file row to display the available actions.
Select the Open file icon.
Review the document and its available extracted attributes.
Review the extracted information
The review experience displays the document with its available extracted attributes.
Use citations associated with extracted values to locate and review the source content that supports each result.
If document processing is incomplete, some extracted results may not yet be available.
When to open a file for review
Open a file when you need to:
- Review the contents of a specific document.
- Verify an extracted attribute against its source content.
- Confirm whether processing has produced the expected results.
