Last updated on Aug 14, 2026

View summary metrics and visualizations that show how your documents, collections, and attributes are distributed and changing over time.

The Analytics page is available to all Analyzer users. It provides an at-a-glance view of the content available to you, including document activity, collection distribution, and attribute usage. The page is informational and does not change the underlying data.

Open Analytics

Select Analytics in the main navigation.

The page displays summary metrics followed by visualizations of your documents, collections, and attributes.

Analytics page showing summary metrics for documents, collections, and active attributes, followed by charts showing document activity and data distribution.
Analytics combines current totals with recent activity and distribution trends to provide a quick view of the content available to the signed-in user.

Review summary metrics

The top of the page displays four metrics.

Total documents
Shows the total number of documents available to you through uploaded or linked collections. Documents in shared and sample collections are not included.

Documents added in the last 7 days
Shows the number of documents added through uploaded or linked collections during the previous seven days. Documents in shared and sample collections are not included.

Total collections
Shows the total number of uploaded, linked, and shared collections available to you. Sample collections are not included.

Total active attributes
Shows the number of active system-provided and custom attributes available to you.

These values reflect the content available to you in Analyzer rather than organization-wide totals.

Review data visualizations

The Analytics page provides four visualizations below the summary metrics.

Total documents over time (last 90 days)
Shows changes in the total number of documents over the previous 90 days.

Number of documents by collection
Compares the number of documents associated with each collection.

Number of collections by type
Shows how your collections are distributed across collection types.

Number of active attributes by type
Shows how active attributes are distributed by attribute type.

Hover over a chart to view the value represented by a specific data point or segment.

Analytics visualizations are for inspection only. You cannot use the charts to filter data, edit content, or drill down to individual documents, collections, or attributes.
