Navigate to the Attributes page.
Export attribute definitions from the Attributes page to share configuration details or archive the current setup.
Downloading attributes creates a structured CSV file that includes configuration fields defined during attribute creation and associated system identifiers. Use this export to document attribute definitions, share configuration details with other administrators, or recreate attributes in another environment.
Before you begin
- At least one attribute must exist.
- You must have access to the Attributes page.
Download attributes to a CSV file

Select the ellipsis (…) menu.

Select Download attributes from the menu.
The CSV file downloads automatically when processing completes.
What the CSV file includes
The CSV export includes:
- One row per attribute.
- Columns that correspond to the fields defined during attribute creation.
- Internal identifiers, such as Reference ID.
- Configuration details associated with each attribute.
The file provides a structured record of the current attribute definitions. It does not include document-level extraction results and does not modify data in Acrobat Analyzer.
When to export attributes
Download the attribute definitions to a CSV file when you need to:
- Share attribute configurations with other users.
- Review attribute setup outside of Acrobat Analyzer.
- Document or archive the current attribute configuration.
- Migrate or recreate attributes in another environment.
