Adobe Connect is transitioning all online purchased accounts to a new billing system
Beginning on February 1, 2016, Adobe Connect accounts purchased online will migrate to a new billing system. The new Adobe Connect billing system is powered by Digital River.
What this means for you:
- After February 1, 2016, when your account comes up for renewal, you will be asked to reenter your credit card information into the new billing system in order to renew your Adobe Connect account.
You will receive a renewal notification with instructions on how to renew your account and enter your billing information.
