On WebHelp output published from RoboHelp 9 (versions 22.214.171.124 and earlier), when you enter a search term and press Enter, the search operation doesn't launch. You are using the Google Chrome browser.
Navigate to the [install folder]\RoboHTML\WebHelp5Ext\template_stock folder and create a backup copy of the whform.js file. You can revert to the original file if you encounter problems with RoboHelp after you overwrite the existing file. Typically, RoboHelp is installed in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe RoboHelp 9\ folder on a Windows 7 machine.
This issue doesn't affect customers using RoboHelp 9 version 126.96.36.1992. You can determine the version number from the About screen (Help > About RoboHelp HTML).
