Unable to find the Trusted Root certificates
Try this solution to troubleshoot the missing certificates from the Trusted Root Certificate Authorities store.
Certificates are missing from the Trusted Root
Select the lock icon in the address bar and then select Site Settings > Privacy and Security > Security.
Under the Advanced section, select Manage certificates. This will help you view any missing or untrusted certificates.
Navigate to Start > Run > certmgr.msc and ensure that all listed certificates are present in the Trusted Root Certificate Authorities or Intermediate Certificate Authorities > Certificates.
Restart the browser and open the link again to verify if a secure connection can be established.
Restart and launch the Creative Cloud desktop app.

Open Finder, select Applications, and search for Keychain Access.
Navigate to Keychain Access > Certificates, double-click on a certificate, and then select the Trust dropdown menu to review its trust policies.
Restart the browser and open the link again to verify if a secure connection can be established.
Restart and launch the Creative Cloud desktop app to verify.
