Error 131 ang nagdudulot ng hindi naprosesong pag-update
Alamin kung paano ayusin ang error 131 kapag ina-update ang desktop app ng Creative Cloud.
Kapag sinusubukang i-update ang desktop app ng Creative Cloud mo, posible mong makita ang isa sa mga sumusunod na error message:
- "Hindi ma-sync. I-install ang mga sync component at subukan ulit. Error Code 131"
- "Nakaranas ng mga isyu sa pag-update ng Creative Cloud. Error Code 131"
- "Hindi na-update ang Creative Cloud. Pasensya na, hindi namin ma-update ang app. Error Code 131"
Pinipigilan ng mga background process ang mga pag-update ng app
Puwede mong lutasin ang error 131 sa pamamagitan ng pag-force quit sa mga background process ng Creative Cloud, gaya ng Creative Cloud Content Manager, Creative Cloud Libraries Synchronizer, Adobe Content Synchronizer, at Node.
Sa tab na Processes , mag-browse at pindutin ang Creative Cloud Content Manager.
Pindutin ang End task.
Ulitin ang hakbang 2–3 para sa:

I-update ulit ang desktop app ng Creative Cloud desktop.
Pindutin ang Command + Spacebar para pumunta sa Spotlight search at hanapin ang Activity Monitor.
Buksan ang Activity Monitor.
I-type ang Creative Cloud Content Manager sa search box.
I-double click ang Creative Cloud Content Manager sa listahan at pindutin ang Quit.
Pindutin ang Force Quit.
