Bago i-update ang app ng Creative Cloud, isara lahat ng conflicting process na puwedeng maging dahilan para hindi maproseso ang pag-update.
I-right click ang Taskbar at pindutin ang Task Manager.
Pumunta sa Processes at maghanap ng anumang gumaganang process ng Creative Cloud.
Pindutin ang anumang process ng Creative Cloud at pagkatapos at pindutin ang End task.
Pindutin ang Command + Spacebar para buksan ang Spotlight search at i-type ang Activity Monitor.
Sa search bar sa Activity Monitor window, i-type ang Creative Cloud.
I-double click ang anumang process ng Creative Cloud at pindutin ang Quit, pagkatapos ay pindutin ang Force Quit kung na-prompt.
