Uninstall or remove apps while offline

If your connection is offline and you are not able to access the Creative Cloud desktop app, you can initiate the uninstallation process offline.

Caution

Save your important files and settings to another location before you uninstall.

Follow these steps to uninstall your apps on Windows:

Open the Start menu and select Settings.

Select Apps > Installed apps.

In the list of installed applications, locate the Creative Cloud app you want to remove.

Select the app, then select Uninstall.

Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the uninstallation process.
