Download error in Apps tab of Creative Cloud desktop app
Learn how to fix the download error when opening the Apps tab in the Creative Cloud desktop app.
When you open the Creative Cloud desktop app and select the Apps tab, you may get this error message: “Download error. Press Retry to try again or contact customer support.”
OOBE and AAMUpdater folders are corrupted or damaged
You can resolve this error by deleting the OOBE and AAMUpdater folders and then launching the Creative Cloud desktop app again, which recreates the folders.
Removing the OOBE and AAMUpdater folders will reset some Creative Cloud desktop app settings, and you’ll have to sign in to your Adobe account again.
Buksan ang File Explorer at i-type ang C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\Adobe sa address bar, at pagkatapos ay pindutin ang Enter.
Sa Adobe folder, i-right click ang OOBE at AAMUpdater folder at pindutin ang Delete.

Pindutin ang command + spacebar para buksan ang Spotlight Search.
Sa Spotlight Search window, ilagay ang ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe at pindutin ang Adobe folder sa mga resulta ng paghahanap.
Hanapin ang mga OOBE at AAMUpdater folder at i-delete ang mga ito.
Kung hindi mo makita ang mga folder, posibleng naka-hide ang mga ito. Alamin kung paano makikita ang mga naka-hide na file at folder sa macOS.
I-launch ulit ang desktop app ng Creative Cloud.
Kapag nagpatuloy ang error, i-restart ang computer mo at i-launch ulit ang desktop app ng Creative Cloud.
