Use Agreement AI generative summaries - New

Review an AI-generated summary and choose whether recipients can view it.
Agreement AI generative summaries help you review key agreement details before sending. When the feature is available, Acrobat Sign evaluates the agreement before it is sent and creates an AI-generated summary in the field authoring environment.
You can review and manually edit the generated summary before sending the agreement. If your administrator allows it, you can choose whether recipients can view the summary during signing.
After the agreement is sent, you can change whether recipients can view the existing summary
Review the AI-generated summary
Add the agreement documents and recipients.
Continue to the field authoring environment.
Open the Agreement AI generative summary panel.
Review the generated summary.
Edit the summary if needed.
Save the summary.
Include the summary for recipients
If your administrator allows it, you can include the AI-generated summary for recipients to review during signing.
In the field authoring environment, review the generated summary.
Select the option to include the summary for recipients.
Complete any remaining authoring steps.
Send the agreement.
Change whether recipients can view the summary after sending
After the agreement is sent, but before the first recipient has completed their action, you can use Modify Agreement to change whether recipients can view the existing AI-generated summary.
Go to the Manage page.
Open the agreement.
Select Modify Agreement.
Change whether the AI-generated summary is included for recipients.
Save the changes.
Review the summary after sending
You can review the AI-generated summary later from the agreement record.
Go to the Manage page.
Open the agreement.
Open the View Agreement page.
Review the AI-generated summary.
Things to know
- Agreement AI generative summaries are available only after the required Adobe AI terms are accepted.
- Acrobat Sign evaluates the agreement before it is sent.
- After an agreement is sent, Acrobat Sign cannot generate a new AI summary for that agreement.
- After sending, you can use Modify Agreement to change whether recipients can view the existing summary before the first recipient completes their action.
- The sender chooses whether to include the summary for recipients in the field authoring environment.
- You can include the summary for recipients only when your administrator allows senders to share AI-generated summaries with recipients.
- Recipients cannot view the summary when limited document visibility is enabled.
- The summary is generated by AI and may require review or correction.
- The summary is for informational purposes only. The full agreement remains the authoritative source.
- Recipients can view the summary only if you include it with the agreement.
