Issue description
Substance 3D Stager gets stuck on the splash screen on Windows.
Troubleshooting
A common cause of this issue is a conflict when the OpenCL™, OpenGL®, and Vulkan® Compatibility Pack is installed. To check and resolve this issue:
Navigate to Windows Add and Remove programs.
Search for OpenCL™, OpenGL®, and Vulkan® Compatibility Pack.
If present, uninstall the OpenCL™, OpenGL®, and Vulkan® Compatibility Pack.
