Select one or more files to remove from the collection by checking the box(es) next to the file name.
-
Select the Delete icon.

A challenge is presented to ensure you really want to remove the files from the collection.
If you own the file, you’ll see two options:- Remove selected file from this collection – removes the file only from the current collection. The file remains available in other collections and in Acrobat Analyzer.
- Delete selected file from my account – permanently deletes the file from Acrobat Analyzer, removing it from all collections.
What happens with shared or linked files
- Files shared with you can be removed from a collection, but only the owner can delete them.
- Files synced from SharePoint must be deleted in SharePoint. Removing them from a collection does not delete them from the source system.
-
Confirm the removal of the file(s).
