Remove files from the collection

  1. Open the collection you want to edit.

  2. Select one or more files to remove from the collection by checking the box(es) next to the file name.

  3. Select the Delete icon.

  4. A challenge is presented to ensure you really want to remove the files from the collection.
    If you own the file, you’ll see two options:

    • Remove selected file from this collection – removes the file only from the current collection. The file remains available in other collections and in Acrobat Analyzer.
    • Delete selected file from my account – permanently deletes the file from Acrobat Analyzer, removing it from all collections.

    What happens with shared or linked files

    • Files shared with you can be removed from a collection, but only the owner can delete them.
    • Files synced from SharePoint must be deleted in SharePoint. Removing them from a collection does not delete them from the source system.
  5. Confirm the removal of the file(s).
