How to open cloud documents shared with you

You can easily find the cloud documents that others have shared with you in the Files tab of the Creative Cloud desktop app.

Open the Creative Cloud desktop app. (Select the icon in your Windows taskbar or the macOS menu bar.)

Go to the Files tab and then select Shared with you in the left sidebar.

Select the cloud document you want to open and right-click it. Then select Open (or Open in).

If you don't have the app installed to open the cloud document, you are prompted to install it.

Note: You can also find cloud documents shared with you in the Shared with you tab of your Creative Cloud apps and the Creative Cloud website.
