If purchased directly from Adobe

You can cancel the subscription for your Creative Cloud plan at any time. Here’s how:

  1. Sign in to your Adobe ID account with your Adobe ID (usually your email) and password.

  2. Under Plans & Products, click Manage plan for the plan subscription you want to cancel.

  3. Do one of the following:

    • Under Plan details, click Cancel plan
    • If Cancel plan is not displayed, contact us to cancel your subscription.

    One of the two screens is displayed, depending on your country. The screen at the top has the Cancel plan option whereas the screen at the bottom does not.

    If you clicked Cancel plan, proceed as follows:

  4. On the next screen, indicate the reason you want to cancel and click Continue.

  5. On the screen that follows, you can choose to keep your plan, continue with cancellation, or chat with customer support.

If you proceed with cancellation, you will receive an email confirmation.

If purchased from a reseller (Amazon, iTunes, Best Buy, and so on)

If you purchased your plan from a seller other than Adobe, contact the seller for assistance.

If you purchased a Creative Cloud for teams subscription

Annual subscription (paid monthly)

If you cancel within 14 days of your order, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel after 14 days, your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period, and you’ll be charged an early termination fee of 50% of your remaining contract obligation. For example, if you have 5 months of your contract left when you cancel and you pay $20/month, you’d pay 50% of the $100 remaining balance = $50 early termination fee.

Annual subscription (prepaid)

If you cancel within 14 days of your order, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after 14 days, your payment is non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of your contracted term.

Month-to-month subscription

If you cancel within 14 days of your order, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after 14 days, your payment is non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period.

Note:

The refund only applies for 14 days after the original purchase, not for subsequent renewals.

Use your free benefits after you cancel

  • After you cancel, you continue to have access to a free Creative Cloud membership.
  • If you saved your work on your computer, you continue to have access to those files on your device.
  • You no longer have access to your Creative Cloud applications, nor most of the services included in your paid Creative Cloud plan subscription.
  • Your allowed cloud storage is reduced to 2 GB.

Note:

If you're over your storage limit, you have 90 days to reduce your online usage. After 90 days, you could lose access to some or all of your files saved on the Creative Cloud servers.
