Why a signature block is added at the bottom of the document even if there are signature fields assigned for all the signers?

Answer

The Signature block is automatically added only in the following cases:

1. If the system does not find any signature field present on the document for the signer.
2. If one or more signatures have a Not required or (Show/Hide If) condition present in the document. The Signature field is always a required field and cannot be skipped.
