With Adobe Acrobat Sign for SAP SuccessFactors v3.0.0 release, you can use the following advanced automations for smooth data transfer between Acrobat Sign and SAP SuccessFactors:
- Automatically include the hiring manager's email address in the CC field on the Sign Compose(Send) page so that they receive a notification when the offer letter is released to the candidate.
- Automatically include the approver of the workflow for Offer Letter distribution in the Sign Compose(Send) page. The approver's email address will be displayed with their role (Approver) in the Recipients section of the Sign Compose(Send) page.
- Auto-update the candidate status to Declined Offer if the candidate rejects the offer letter.
