Why am I asked to download Adobe Flash Enabler?

By default, Google Chrome limits Flash Player's access to the rest of your system by placing it in a sandbox. The website you are viewing uses at least one sandboxed feature, such as the ability to communicate with AIR applications already installed and running.

By downloading Adobe Flash Enabler and selecting Allow for Chrome's message, you create a sandbox exception that enables the website to use such features.

For more information on sandboxing, see this article from Google Chrome.
