Creative Cloud for enterprise - free membership enables employees in an organization without a paid membership to collaborate effectively with each other and with design teams. With the free membership, users can access a limited set of Creative Cloud and Document Cloud services and mobile apps. Prerequisites

To receive Creative Cloud for enterprise - free membership, your organization must already have one or more paid subscriptions of Creative Cloud for enterprise. For more information, see Frequently asked questions.

Accept the offer

As an administrator, you are notified about the offer through the Admin Console and by email. You must first accept the offer and agree to its terms and conditions for Adobe to provision it for your organization.

Once Adobe provisions the offer in your Admin Console, you can assign users to the offerconfigure services, and perform other administration tasks.

While you assign users to the Creative Cloud for enterprise - free membership, you have the desired controls and visibility over users through the Admin Console. You can also secure the organization's business identity types and credentials from the Admin Console.

Add users

Depending upon the Product Profile you want to use, you can add users to it so they have access to the free offer. You can add users in the following ways:

To let users receive an email about this new offer, enable the Notify Users setting on the Product Profile.

Only users with Enterprise ID or Federated ID can be added. You cannot add users with Adobe ID to the Creative Cloud for enterprise - free membership. For more information, see identity types.

To revoke the free membership, remove the user from the Product Profile.

Find Creative Cloud for enterprise - free membership users

To find users who can access Creative Cloud for enterprise - free membership, navigate to Adobe Admin Console > Users. Hover over the Creative Cloud icons listed under the Products column. The tooltip displays Creative Cloud for enterprise - free membership for entitled users.

Configure services

You can configure the Product Profile for the free membership to restrict or enable the services for Creative Cloud for enterprise - free membership users. For more information, see Enable/disable services for a Product Profile.

Apply asset settings and other organizational policies to ensure that assets are only shared with appropriate external individuals and organizations.

Common questions

As an administrator, you must first accept the offer and agree to its terms and conditions for Adobe to provision it for your organization. Once Adobe provisions the offer in your Admin Console, you can assign users to the Product Profiles used for the free offer using various methods. For more information, see Adobe Admin Console users.

Administrators in all types of roles, except Support Admin, can accept the offer. For more information around roles, see Administrative roles.

After accepting the membership, the users that you add are notified over email only if you have enabled email notifications from Product Profile settings under Admin Console > Products.

Users can use both entitlements simultaneously. They can use the services and apps that a paid subscription provides along with the services and apps of Creative Cloud for enterprise - free membership. Let's say a paid Creative Cloud for enterprise subscription entitles a user to 100 GB of storage. Add 2-GB free storage that the Creative Cloud for enterprise - free membership provides. In this case, the user has a total of 102 GB of storage.

Creative Cloud for enterprise - free membership is aimed at employees who collaborate with each other and with design teams. Internal collaborators, especially stakeholders who review work produced using Adobe Creative Cloud can benefit from the offer. With Creative Cloud for enterprise - free membership, users can access shared asset folders. They can also share their Document Cloud files with others for feedback.

You can restrict or enable services that Creative Cloud for enterprise - free membership users can access. For more information around configuring services, see Enable/disable services for a product profile.

When a user leaves your organization, they can no longer access the Creative Cloud for enterprise - free membership if their ID is removed from the organization.

This offer is available to eligible commercial organizations that have purchased one or more paid Creative Cloud for enterprise subscriptions. If you do not see the free membership within your Admin Console and you meet the eligibility requirements, contact your Adobe account representative.

Users don't receive Creative Cloud for enterprise - free membership automatically after you accept the offer. They receive the offer when you must add them to Product Profiles for Creative Cloud for enterprise - free membership. For more information, see Add users.

There is no cost associated with Creative Cloud for enterprise - free membership. However, you receive this offer only when your organization has already purchased one or more Creative Cloud for enterprise subscriptions.
