Photoshop Touch Announcement

Photoshop Touch is no longer being developed - May 21st, 2015

Photoshop Touch will no longer be available for purchase. This was a difficult decision, and we encourage you to learn more about where we’re focusing our attention here: Photoshop Mobile Apps…a Peek at What’s to Come.

For customers who purchased the app previously, it will continue to work on your device but no future updates will be provided (bug fixes, operating system updates, etc). You may continue to use the app for the foreseeable future, but please make sure to save your work outside the app.

FAQ

1.   With ending support for Photoshop Touch, what does this mean for my projects?

Even though the app is no longer being developed or supported, it will continue to be usable for the foreseeable future. There will, however, be no further updates to the app (no bug fixes, OS updates, etc.). As a precaution, Adobe recommends saving your current work to your mobile device (e.g. Camera Roll on iOS). You can also continue to share your work via the sharing services in the app, including Creative Cloud. For more information on how to save your work to your device or share it, visit How to save projects out of Photoshop Touch or check the Photoshop Touch forums.

2.   What if I need to reinstall Photoshop Touch?

On iOS even though the app will no longer be available for purchase, it is possible to reinstall from your purchase history in the App Store or from iCloud backups. For Android and Amazon customers, Adobe recommends using some type of app backup utility, as once the app is removed, it will no longer be possible to reinstall. For more information see the Reinstalling or restoring Photoshop Touch section below.

3.    Can I get my money back?

Refunds are available in accordance with Adobe's reseller refund policy. Any Adobe product purchased from any seller other than Adobe, may only be returned to the seller from which the product was purchased, in accordance with that seller's return policy, if any.
