Video timeline | Project Pulsar (Beta)

Use Pulsar’s video timeline to preview your project and accurately trim your video or manage placed elements.

Playback controls

Use the playback controls to preview your project, move by single frames or quickly navigate to the beginning or end of the project.

To preview your project:

Tap the Play button.
Tap the button again to stop playing

Scrub through the timeline

Scrubbing the video timeline is the best way to find a specific moment in your project. 

To scrub the video timeline:

Pinch and hold the video track and move your hand back and forth.
Release to stop scrubbing.

Trim the video track

To trim video:

Hover over the video track.
Pinch and hold the white trim handle at the start or end of the video track.
Release to stop trimming.

Trim object tracks

Note

Object tracks are only visible when their corresponding objects are selected in the main viewport. All placed objects have their own unique track that can be trimmed to a custom length.

To trim placed objects:

Select the object you want to trim in the main viewport.
Pinch and hold the white trim handle at the start or end of the object track.
Release to stop trimming.
