Overview of Transaction consumption reports

Transaction reports are centered on measuring the volume of transactions to illustrate success volume and the relative success of related objects such as users, groups, and workflows.

Tip:

Review the Transaction Consumption definition to better understand what counts as a transaction.

Transaction Contracts summary

Administrators in accounts that have purchased access to Acrobat Sign through a VIP license type using a fixed transaction volume will have a summary of their transaction contract displayed at the top of the Transaction consumption report page. Typically, only one contract is exposed, but occasionally, two contracts may be visible if both contracts include the current date.

This report summarizes:

  • the number of transactions the account has purchased
  • the number of transactions that have been consumed from the purchased volume
  • the expiration date of the contract
    • Transactions not consumed by the expiration date are lost.
    • The record of the transaction contract is removed from the UI when the expiration has passed.

Alert:

There is a known issue where Draft agreements are being counted in the Transaction Consumption Report when they should not be.

Transaction Consumption chart examples

Tip:

The transaction graphs have a limited footprint. If your data exceeds the allowed number of records, a placeholder is inserted into the chart for the consolidated objects that are not explicitly listed (i.e., Other Users).

If you need to extract the data for users/groups/workflows that aren't populated onto the graph, you can access the raw data table by selecting the ellipsis in the upper-right corner of the chart and choosing View Data Table from the context menu.
