Sort supported reporting charts by volume and export the underlying aggregated chart data to CSV for further analysis.
Adobe Acrobat Sign Reporting lets you sort supported Agreement and Transaction charts to identify higher- or lower-volume senders, groups, and workflows. You can also export the data behind these charts to CSV.
Sorting and export use the report's current filters and time interval. The exported CSV contains aggregated chart data rather than individual agreement or transaction records.
Availability: This feature is available in the Commercial environment only.
Supported charts
Sorting and CSV export are available for these charts:

Other reporting charts do not support these actions.
Sort chart data
Sort a supported chart by its primary volume metric to identify the highest- or lowest-volume values.
Apply any filters and select the reporting time interval.
Open the chart's data table.
Choose Sort Ascending or Sort Descending.
The chart and its data table update to reflect the selected order. The sort remains until you change it or refresh the page.
Export chart data to CSV
Export the aggregated data represented by a supported chart.
Open the report and apply the filters and time interval you want to analyze.
Open the chart's data table.
Sort the data if needed.
Select Export CSV.
Acrobat Sign downloads a CSV containing the chart data for the current report query. The export preserves the applicable report type, filters, time interval, grouping, and sort order.
Understand chart data exports
A chart-data CSV is different from a raw Agreement or Transaction export.
For example, if you export Transactions by Group, each row represents a group and its aggregated transaction data. The CSV does not contain one row for every transaction.
The chart may display only a limited number of labels or bars. The CSV can contain additional rows returned by the chart query, subject to the export limit.
Use a raw Agreement or Transaction export when you need individual record-level data.
Things to know
- Sorting and export use your existing Reporting permissions. The feature does not introduce additional access controls or administrator settings.
- The exported CSV includes a header row and uses CSV format.
- Export CSV isn't available when the chart contains no data.
- The export is subject to a maximum query size. If the export exceeds that limit, reduce the reporting period or apply additional filters and try again.
- Sorting and chart-data export do not change raw Agreement or Transaction exports.
- Scheduled exports and combined exports across multiple reports aren't supported by this feature.
Troubleshooting
I can't export the chart data
Confirm that the chart contains data and that you have permission to access the report. If the report contains a large amount of data, reduce the time interval or apply additional filters.
The CSV contains more rows than the chart displays
This is expected. A chart can display a limited set of values, while the CSV includes the additional aggregated rows returned by the chart query.
The CSV doesn't contain individual agreements or transactions
Chart exports contain aggregated data that corresponds to the chart dimension. Create a raw Agreement or Transaction export when you need record-level data.
