Blank license agreement screen appears on Acrobat startup

When you launch Acrobat XI on Mac OS, a blank EULA screen appears. You cannot accept the EULA.

Solutions

Solution 1: Sign out of the Creative Cloud application 

  1. On the EULA, click Quit.
  2. Launch the Adobe Creative Cloud application.
  3. Sign out of the application. For information, see Sign out, Sign in | Creative Cloud desktop app.
  4. Launch Acrobat and accept the EULA.
  5. When prompted, click License This Software and sign in with your Creative Cloud subscription.

Solution 2: Sign out of another application and relicense the software

  1. On the EULA, click Quit.
  2. Launch another product which is part of your Creative Cloud subscription.
  3. Click Help > Sign Out to deactivate.
  4. Quit the application.
  5. Launch Acrobat and accept the EULA.
  6. When prompted, Click License This Software and sign in with your Creative Cloud subscription.

Solution 3: Manually update the Adobe Application Manager

Update the AAM (Adobe Application Manager) to version 6.2 or later. Launch AAM and allow it to update automatically. Otherwise, use the links below to update manually.
