The Account summary screen lists your total available disk space. If your space is not unlimited under your plan, you may need to monitor and manage used disk space. You can view a graph of total usage on the Administration dashboard.
You can also view all the currently stored files and recordings and free up disk space as needed. To do so:
- Navigate to Account > Disk usage.
- Check the box next to any file you’d like to delete.
- Select Delete.
- Select Delete again on the confirmation screen.
Note: The IT server admin can also clean up content directly from the server's back end.
