    Admins may configure look and feel of sessions (rooms). The only items not subject to customization are the symbol icons (speaker, video, hand, and signal strength bars) and the pod text. You can change the following:

    • Logo
    • Logo link that redirects session users to another location; for example, an informational web page.
    • Logo alternate text (for accessibility)
    • Room top bar color
    • Room icon color
    • Room background color
    • Pod title bar color
    • Pod title text and icon color
    Configure the session interface screen

    To change the top menu colors and log across all sessions:

    1. Select Admin > Customization.
    2. Select the Room interface tab.
    3. Optional: Select Upload logo. Note that doing so does not repeat previous customization for the main  screen since only admins and hosts can view the Connect Central user interface and participants can only view the session. The maximum image size: 50px wide and 31px high. The format must be .svg, .jpg, or .png
    4. Optional: Enter a redirection link to link to additional online information.
    5. Optional: Enter alternate text for the logo. This is hidden HTML text that aids accessibility.
    6. Optional: Configure the session colors for the:
      • Room top bar
      • Room icons
      • Room background
      • Pod title bar
      • Pod title text and icons
    7. Select Apply.

    Tip: Select Reset to default to return to the default settings or choose Clear to start over.  Select View Templates and select from the preconfigured colors if you prefer not to set your own colors.
