Resolve user access issues

 

 

If a user has forgotten their password or has some other login issue:

  1. Go to Admin > Users and groups > User information.
  2. Search for the user by username or email address.
  3. Highlight the user.
  4. Select the information icon.
  5. Do one of the following:
  • Send a reset password link: Click on the link and choose OK.
  • Unlock the user’s account: Click on the link and choose OK.
  • Set a temporary password: Click on the link, choose Save, and send the automatically generated password to the user.
