Learn about the session dashboard for Adobe Connect trainings.

In Adobe Connect sessions, pods help create interactive experiences with discussions, Q&A, quizzes, and polls. As a host, you can monitor participant activity and performance using the session dashboard, which provides detailed visual metrics and engagement levels.

The session dashboard provides a detailed snapshot of participant engagement, interactions, and activity during the training. As a host, you can follow the live performance and download reports after the session, while the dashboard keeps track of chat, video, and poll activity, providing insights into engagement and attendance.

Key benefits of the Session dashboard

The session dashboard provides real-time and post-session insights that help hosts assess the effectiveness of their trainings. Here are the key benefits:

  • Centralized visibility: Monitor all participant engagement metrics, polls, Q&A, chats, and reactions from a single dashboard.
  • Real-time insights: Track how participants interact during the session to instantly gauge engagement levels.
  • Performance analysis: Review engagement trends, session duration, and attendance data to evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Data-driven decisions: Use visual metrics and downloadable reports to refine future sessions and boost interactivity.
  • Comprehensive reports: Export engagement, interaction, and attendee activity reports for deeper analysis and record-keeping.
Note

The session dashboard will only be available for sessions held on Adobe Connect version 12.8 and above.
