Join a meeting as guest
You will need to enter the session link you received from the meeting host and your name to join the meeting as a guest.


To join an Adobe Connect meeting as a guest using the mobile app, tap Join session with link.


Enter the session link. The session link is one that points to an Adobe Connect room. Ask the meeting host for the link.


Enter your name and tap Continue to join the meeting as a guest.
While joining a session, if you're:
- If you are unable to do so due to invalid or expired links, contact the meeting host for the correct link.
- If you are having difficulty joining sessions, often requiring multiple attempts, then join the room using the session URL. Enter the complete link.
Join a meeting as registered user
To join the meeting as a registered user, type the session link and join the meeting after authenticating yourself.


If you are a member of the Adobe Connect account, you can enter the meeting as a registered user. Tap Join session with link to enter the meeting.


Enter the meeting URL and tap Continue.


Enter your username and password and tap Continue to enter the meeting.
View rooms that you'd previously joined after signing into a session.
Sign in to account


Enter the organization URL and tap Continue.
Enter credentials


Enter your Adobe Connect username and password, and tap Sign in.
View rooms


After successfully signing in, you can view the list of rooms and your favorite rooms.
View all recent meetings, mark a meeting as a favorite, and view all favorite rooms.
Access meetings


Once you've signed in successfully, a list of rooms will be displayed in your Recent list. Reopen any room by tapping on a meeting room.
Mark as favorite


Add a room to your Favorites list by tapping the star icon.
View favorite rooms


Access a room from the list of Favorite rooms.
Enter the meeting as host and allow others to enter the session.
Join a meeting as host


If you have host privileges, tap Join session to join the meeting as host,
Enter the meeting room


Once you're in the room, tap the notifications icon to view participants waiting to enter the meeting.
Allow participant entry


Allow or deny everyone from entering the meeting room or allow individual participants to enter the room.
Change roles of meeting attendees to presenters or participants.
Other sign in options
Sign in to a meeting using Single Sign On
If you are logging in to an SSO-enabled account, then you will be redirected to your SSO authentication system after your credentials are validated.
Join audio using telephony
- If the meeting host has integrated a telephone audio conference with their meeting room, you will be shown options for joining using your telephone, using the internet, or using phone audio.
- After you join a meeting, the audio icon changes accordingly. Use this option to control the microphone or telephony input at any time of the call.
- When you join a call using the phone audio, you may have the option to enter your phone number and then receive a phone call. You are then invited to join the conference call. When your phone rings, the mobile app pauses to let you answer the call. You can later return to the application using your device's normal multitasking navigation.
- The phone status changes on the app accordingly.
