Switch profiles and adjust your preferences in the Adobe Connect mobile app. Updating your profile and changing settings can help personalize your experience and enhance usability.
View user profile
The Profile section displays the account where you're logged in, allows you to change app preferences, shows the app's terms of use and privacy policy, and allows you to switch to another account.
Switch account
Tap Switch account and enter another account URL. Then tap Continue to sign in to the new account.
Send usage info
Toggle Send usage info to share information about using the Adobe Connect mobile app. Adobe collects data such as device details, app interactions, and usage patterns to enhance app quality, reliability, and user experience when enabled.
Send crash report
If the Adobe Connect mobile app behaves unexpectedly, you can help Adobe diagnose and resolve these issues by sending crash reports. You can always choose to send or never send these reports.
Display captions
If the account Administrator has enabled Closed Captions in the meeting, you can display the captions in the session by allowing the Show when available toggle.
Change style
Change the appearance of the closed captions. The captions are accessibility-friendly. Tap any option to change the caption appearance.
Change font size
Change the font size of the closed captions so participants can view them more clearly. Choose Small, Medium, or large captions.
