Note
  • Supported file types include PPTX, PDF, PSD, INDD, INDDC, and AI file formats.
  • You can upload individual PowerPoint, Photoshop, or Illustrator files or import up to 30 PDFs at once (each under 100 MB and 99 pages). Only one batch of PDFs can be uploaded at a time, so wait for the current upload to finish before starting another.
  • Figma files exported as PDFs are not fully supported and may not render correctly. Please verify the output for quality and accuracy.
  • For detailed instructions on importing files from specific apps, select an app to learn more.

Once the upload is complete, select Open to customize the file in the Adobe Express editor or Import another file.

The file is converted into an editable Adobe Express file. To access the saved file, navigate to Your stuff > Files.

Tip
  • When bulk importing PDFs, ensure each file is under 100MB and contains fewer than 100 pages. If your file exceeds the limit, try reducing the size or splitting it into smaller parts.
  • For unsupported file types, save or export your file to one of the supported formats: PPTX, PDF, PSD, INDD, INDDC, or AI before uploading.
  • For bulk importing PDFs, you can also start by dragging and dropping files onto the Start from your content button on Adobe Express Home.
