Close all applications.
Issue
When you click any menu such as File, Edit, Object, and so on in the Illustrator workspace on your Windows computer, the menu disappears unexpectedly.
Solution 1: Rename the UXP folder
Rename the UXP folder to ~UXP.
- (Windows) Navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\UXP
- (macOS) Navigate to Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/UXP
Solution 2: Run the command: netsh Winsock reset

Choose Start and type CMD to launch the command prompt.

Type the following command at the command prompt: netsh Winsock reset

Press Enter.

Close the command prompt window.

Restart your computer.

Launch Adobe Illustrator.
Solution 3: Test in Safe Mode
Booting the system in Safe Mode starts your system in a manner that it performs certain checks and prevents third-party software/services from automatically loading or opening.

If Illustrator launches fine in the Safe mode, then there could be some third-party services or applications like antivirus, plugins, or web extensions that are conflicting with the launch of Illustrator. Disable the conflicting program on your user account and then launch Illustrator.
