View supported reporting charts sorted by usage and export their aggregated data to CSV.
Adobe Acrobat Sign Reporting automatically sorts supported Agreement and Transaction report charts by usage, with the highest counts first. You can also export the aggregated data behind these charts to CSV. The chart and exported data reflect the report's active filters and time interval. Sorting and export use the report's current filters and time interval. The exported CSV contains aggregated chart data rather than individual agreement or transaction records.
Availability: This feature is available in the Commercial environment only.
Supported charts
Sorting and CSV export are available for these charts:

Other reporting charts do not support these actions.
For these charts, Acrobat Sign automatically sorts the data by count in descending order when the chart loads. There is no manual sort control.
View chart data sorted by usage
Supported charts are automatically sorted by count in descending order when they load. The highest-volume results appear first.
For charts that display the Top 10 results, the first 10 bars represent the highest-volume results for the current report criteria.
There is no manual sort button or toggle.
When you apply a group filter, Acrobat Sign recalculates the results and displays the top users within the selected group using the same descending-by-count order.
Export chart data to CSV
Export the aggregated data represented by a supported chart.
Open the chart's data table.
Select Export CSV.
Acrobat Sign downloads a CSV containing the aggregated data represented by the chart. The export reflects the active report filters and time interval and uses the same descending-by-count order shown in the Data Table.
Understand chart data exports
A chart-data CSV is different from a raw Agreement or Transaction export.
For example, if you export Transactions by Group, each row represents a group and its aggregated transaction data. The CSV does not contain one row for every transaction.
The chart may display only a limited number of labels or bars. The CSV can contain additional rows returned by the chart query, subject to the export limit.
Use a raw Agreement or Transaction export when you need individual record-level data.
Things to know
- The exported CSV includes a header row and uses CSV format.
- Supported charts are automatically sorted by count in descending order.
- There is no manual control for changing the sort order.
- For Top 10 charts, the highest-volume results appear first.
- Applying a group filter recalculates the ranking within the selected group.
- CSV exports use the same descending-by-count order shown in the Data Table.
- Export CSV isn't available when the chart contains no data.
- The export is subject to a maximum query size. If the export exceeds that limit, reduce the reporting period or apply additional filters and try again.
- Sorting and chart-data export do not change raw Agreement or Transaction exports.
- Scheduled exports and combined exports across multiple reports aren't supported by this feature.
Troubleshooting
I can't export the chart data
Confirm that the chart contains data and that you have permission to access the report. If the report contains a large amount of data, reduce the time interval or apply additional filters.
The CSV contains more rows than the chart displays
This is expected. A chart can display a limited set of values, while the CSV includes the additional aggregated rows returned by the chart query.
The CSV doesn't contain individual agreements or transactions
Chart exports contain aggregated data that corresponds to the chart dimension. Create a raw Agreement or Transaction export when you need record-level data.
Note
If the results you expect do not appear in the Top 10, review the active report filters and time interval. Acrobat Sign ranks only the data included by the current report criteria.
