Select an AI model for generative control

Learn how to choose between different AI models to finetune generative results in Adobe Photoshop.
Select the area to add, remove, or modify content using Selection Brush or any other selection tool.
Select Generative Fill .
In the Contextual Task Bar, select the model selector to view available AI models.
Review the model options grouped as Adobe models and Partner models:
- Adobe models: Firefly Image 5, Firefly Fill & Expand, Firefly Image 1
- Partner models: Gemini 3.1 (with Nano Banana 2), Gemini 3 (with Nano Banana Pro), Gemini 2.5 (with Nano Banana), FLUX.2 pro, FLUX.1 Kontext [pro]

Hover over a model to view additional details, then select the model you want to use.
Enter a prompt and then select Generate .
