Visibility issues in Dark theme

Issue

Issues with the visibility of some User Interface components in the Dark theme on Windows.

Launch Photoshop Elements in the Dark theme.
You'll find that some features have visibility issues while using the app in Dark mode.
Observe the dropdowns. Poor visibility and contrast of the User Interface components in the dropdown is seen.

Workaround

Please switch to the Light theme if you encounter issues with the Dark theme.
