(You can request a different language if the language wasn't available previously or is no longer offered.)
Contact us to find out if your purchase falls in the eligibility period.
Are you a volume licensing customer? Adobe notifies qualified volume license customers via e-mail when your complimentary post-announce upgrade is available. The e-mail contains all instructions for obtaining your upgrade.
If you think you were denied in error, contact us. Be sure to include the serial number that you used to make your request.
