Retain older versions of your app

When you install a new version of a Creative Cloud app, its older version is removed by default. You can retain the older version by turning on Auto-update and deselecting Remove older versions. However, if you have a school or work account and your organization has disabled auto-updates, the auto-update option won't appear in the Creative Cloud desktop app.
