Errors 135, 136 and 137 cause installation failure

Learn how to resolve error codes 135, 136, and 137 "Unable to install the product" during app installation.

Error codes 135, 136 and 137 occur when the app installation is interrupted due to a temporary system or network error. Follow these solutions in order to resolve them.

Installation process encountered a temporary failure

Select Retry in the download failure dialog box to install the app again.

Wait for the installation to complete.

Once the installation completes, launch the application from the Creative Cloud desktop app or directly from your system

If the error doesn't resolve after retrying, proceed to the next solution.

The Creative Cloud desktop app is facing a temporary issue

Close the Creative Cloud desktop app.

Download and install the Creative Cloud desktop app using direct download links.

Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions.

After installation, sign in to the Creative Cloud desktop app.

Install the app again.
