Error 107 causes download failure

Learn how to resolve error code 107 "The download is damaged" during app installation.

Error code 107 appears when one or more downloaded installation files are incomplete or damaged. This can happen if the download was interrupted, damaged by disk errors or corrupt storage, or blocked by antivirus software.

The installation file is corrupted

In the error dialog box, select Retry to download and install the app again.

Wait for the download to complete.

If the error persists, proceed to the next solution.

Damaged files are preventing the installation

If repairing the Creative Cloud app doesn't resolve the error, use the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool to perform a clean installation. The Creative Cloud Cleaner tool is a utility for experienced users and helps:

  • Clean up corrupted installation files
