כפתרון זמני, התקינו OCR באנגלית. פתחו את Settings, עברו אל Time & language > Language & region, ותחת Preferred languages, בחרו Add a language. בחרו English (United States), בחרו Next, וסמנו את כל האפשרויות למעט Set as my Windows display language. בחרו Install כדי להשלים את ההגדרה.
