You can invite anyone to edit your Adobe Express projects on the web. Here's how:
You have to be on express.adobe.com on your desktop or laptop to invite collaborators. On mobile, collaborative projects will become disabled to avoid introducing conflicts.
You will receive an email or an in-app notification inviting you to edit the project. Click Accept to start editing. Projects shared with you will appear in a new tab in your project organizer called Shared with you.
Note:
Once your project is ready to be shared, click Share on upper right.
Publish: Select Publish to share your creation on multiple channels Adobe Express connects with:
Note: For now, you can only publish posts one page at a time. The feature to publish posts with multiple pages stored in a project is coming soon.
Invite: to invite collaborators to your project, select Invite. Only people with edit access can open with the link shared when you select this option. People who don't have edit rights can request access.
Make a template: select this option to copy the project to your library which can be then used as a template in the future. You and anyone who has access to the library it is saved in, will be able to start a new project from this template.
Send to Google Drive: select this option and choose an account you want to continue with. Adobe Express will require permission to access and view your drive. Select Allow. Your project will be saved to your drive.
You can also save your creation locally on your desktop, or to the device camera roll to view offline, upload to other websites, or remix with other apps. You can save your project as PNG, JPG, or PDF.
When downloading a project with multiple pages, selecting the PNG, JPG, and MP4 options produces a zip file with individual files in them. Selecting the PDF option produces a single PDF with multiple pages featured inside.
In a project with multiple pages where one page is animated, select a video format. This will download the animated page as a video, and the static pages as PNG.
